All orders are sent from London.

How long things take

Print Club editions ship on the 23rd of every month, sent via
2nd class Royal Mail post. Members who join by the 20th will
receive that month's print.

Standalone prints from the Archive are dispatched within 3 to 5
working days, sent via tracked Royal Mail or courier (depending
on size and destination).

Original paintings and commissioned pieces are dispatched within
the timeframe agreed at order. Larger pieces ship via insured
courier.

Delivery times after dispatch
United Kingdom: 2 to 4 working days
Europe: 5 to 10 working days
Rest of world: 7 to 14 working days

International orders may incur customs charges or import duties
on arrival. These are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged orders
If something arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please
email info@artbytelle.com within 7 days of expected delivery
with your order number. A replacement or refund will be arranged.

Address changes
Once an order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
Please double-check the delivery address at checkout.
