About the work
Are these original paintings or prints?
Both. Originals are one-of-a-kind paintings, hand-finished, and shipped from London.
Prints are reproductions of an original piece, hand-signed in small numbered editions.
The Print Club is a monthly subscription where members receive an exclusive new print every month, different from anything in the Shop.
What sizes are available?
Standard sizes are A4, A3, A2 and A1. See the size guide for full dimensions and suggestions for where each size works best.
For larger or non-standard sizes, see commissions.
Do you do custom commissions?
Yes, a small number of commissions are taken each year. Sizes range from A4 up to A1 and beyond. Browse commission starting points or drop a note with the rough size, room and any colours or moods you’re drawn to.
Print Club
How does the Print Club work?
One exclusive, hand-signed print arrives at your door every month. Members also get 15% off the Archive, first access to new drops, and a personal artist note inside every mail.
When do Print Club prints ship?
Prints ship from London on the 23rd of every month, sent via 2nd class post. Enrol by the 20th of any month to receive that month’s print.
Can I cancel my Print Club membership?
Yes, anytime, no penalties. You’ll receive any prints from the months you’ve already paid for, then membership ends.
Buying & shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from London within 3 to 5 working days. UK delivery typically arrives 2 to 4 working days after that. International orders take 5 to 14 days depending on destination, sent via tracked courier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide via tracked courier. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.
What's your returns policy?
Unframed prints from the Shop or Archive can be returned within 7 days for a full refund (postage covered by the buyer). Print Club subscriptions and commissions are not eligible for returns.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo to info@artbytelle.com within 7 days and a replacement is on its way.
