Returns

Standalone prints from the Archive can be returned within 14
days of receipt for a full refund of the item price. The buyer
covers return postage. Items must be returned unused, in their
original packaging.

To start a return, email info@artbytelle.com with your order
number and a brief reason. A return address will be provided.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the returned
item arriving back at the studio, to your original payment
method.

Items not eligible for return

Print Club subscriptions cannot be returned, as each print is
hand-prepared for individual members. Members can cancel their
subscription at any time to stop future deliveries.

Original paintings and custom commissions are made specifically
for the buyer and cannot be returned, except in cases of
damage or fault.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or has a defect, email
info@artbytelle.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of
the damage and your order number. A replacement or refund will
be arranged.
